Beautiful, open-concept homes start selling in Mesa’s ‘Eastmark’ community | Arizona News

MESA, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) — A recently built community that sprawls more than 3,200 acres has started selling its more than 120 homes.

“Greenpoint At Eastmark” is made up of more than 124 lots that house one and two-story homes. Eastmark, a master-planned community, itself was ranked as the second best master-planned community by “Ranking Arizona” readers.

Landsea Homes says the homes have four class open-concept floorplans. The square footage ranges from 1,500 to 1,850 with three to four bedrooms plus lofts. REME HALO air purifiers are included and the houses have a variety of customizability options through the “LiveFlex” packages available when purchasing. And you’re just minutes away from downtown Mesa, where you have the Mesa Arts Center, Arizona Museum of Natural History and the Mesa Grande Cultural Park. Plus easy access to the Loop 101, 202 and the U.S. 60 freeways. 

The developer says the community includes expansive parks, greenery, parlking trails. Steadfast Farm, a two-acre working farm that sells is part of the community, as well. Eastmark also features a resident-only community center dubbed “The ‘Mark‘” which is a family-friendly place to lounge and play games like Shuffle Board, Bingo, Pools, or partake in story time.
