(Reuters) – AT&T Inc (NYSE:) on Friday named Jeff McElfresh, who headed its largest enterprise unit, as chief working officer, a part of the U.S. provider’s efforts to refocus on its connectivity enterprise following the merger of its WarnerMedia unit with Discovery (NASDAQ:) Inc.
